I was referred to Sam's plumbing service for maintenance on a drain issue. I reached out to Sam and he was very responsive. We coordinated a date and time to assess and fix the problem. (You see, I live in GA and the house is in NY) so with pictures being sent to him, he was able to asses the issue and he fixed the problem.

A week later the toilet wasnt filling up with water. I called Sam and again, he delivered!

Once you set the appointment, no need to worry about it. He will show up.

Answered within a day via text but didn't eventually come through because my request job is apparently too small for them to do (reason given was that they have other commitments, which by the way was not stated/communicated when I initially requested a date for a consultation visit). The other good reviews originally brought me to want to reach out to Sam's, but I don't think a plumber who would pick and choose client based on size of the job would be the one I'd be using. This happens when the contractor starts to get more business given yelp review but then they start to pick'n'choose work, unfortunately.

I called Sam's Plumbing Services because i was without hot water.He answered my call right away set up an appointment for the same day.He came on time looked at what appeared to be the problem with the hot water tank.Explained everything in detail.Replaced the part with ease.I will definitely call him again for any other plumbing issues.

I messaged Sam when my old hot water heater died and was leaking rusty water into my downstairs neighbor's kitchen. He responded right away and after asking lots of questions and sending pictures back and forth he gave me a quote and scheduled a time to come replace it. He sourced the new water heater, arrived with an assistant who helped him get it up the stairs into my fourth floor walkup, then emptied the old one and took that down the many stairs, all of which seemed pretty harrowing. They then did some welding in our extremely small water heater closet and probably saved my life by pointing out how bad the ventilation was in there. I hadn't died of carbon monoxide poisoning in 5 years of living in the apartment, but WHO KNOWS how things might have turned out if not for Sam. And my shower is so hot now it's the best. Don't you want hot showers???
