Called Sam at 9:00am on a Sunday with a hot water heater that had corroded through. By 1:00pm he was here with a new heater and by 2:30pm we had hot water again. Sam works carefully, quickly, and thoughtfully and was thorough about cleaning up and putting on finishing touches. I will use Sam exclusively going forward, I was very lucky to find him.

I was initially disappointed with their water heater service because when they changed the expansion tank it exploded yellow water and sediment everywhere (it even hit my face from a few feet away.) They kindly offered to help clean up the room but the assistant was making it worse. I started cleaning the mess and stains which seemed easy to clean at the moment (it ended up being more difficult after they left due to the type of white paint on our walls.) As they were about to leave, two pipes started leaking, we mentioned it to them, and they fixed it right away. The owner later contacted us and asked how they could make it better. From beginning to end they were a nice company to work with. They do care about their customers which makes them unique in a big city like NYC.

my pipe under the kitchen sink broke and was leaking. called sam sent photos he responded within a short period of time. was here in a flash. he was pleasant, caring and reassuring. what a fabulous job. cleaned up a giant mess. thank you so very much. i will never hesitate reccomending sam to anyone.

Sam was extremely responsive and thorough. He fixed my toilet and resolved a long time issue for my building by snaking our main sewage line. Where I got a shrug from other plumbers, he engaged and brought efficiency, effective action and problem solving skills. Professional and experienced. I will be using Sam and his team again.

This guy is very nice but NOT A GOOD PLUMBER! He doesn't know the difference of any type of pipes and installments. Blames the prior person for doing it correctly. He makes mistakes and runs. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a real plumber. Seriously!!! Word of advise from Agatha!

we had a broken pipe emergency the day after Christmas- Sam replied within minutes to a frantic text asking for help, made sure the water was turned off and was there in the morning. he helped us get it fixed up and took the time to do it right even though it was broken in three places and the recent cold snap meant there were lots of people who needed help. completely professional, thorough and helpful. five stars all around!
