great service and communication! I made an appointment and when the time was getting close Sam called me himself to say that previous job overrun he is running a bit late. He showed up and quickly get through the pipes!
Overall I have the great experience. He never left me to dangle wondering how long I will wait, the price is very reasonable, the job was done quickly and accurately. I can recomend without any reseravtions.

He was extremely easy to deal with, always responsive via text and straight forward in giving me a quote (and honoring it!). I contacted him due to the faucet in the bathroom heavily leaking. As soon as he got here, he looked into and had to leave to buy a replacement part and came back in less than 20 minutes. All in All, he was quick and efficient! Called Sam to help with a leaking toilet. Sam came through right away, but unfortunately our toilet had different sized parts than normal for some reason, so he actually went out to find the right sized parts. He made sure by the time he was done, everything was in working order. Very professional, knows what he's doing, and was a great help for us. Would highly recommend and call again if needed!

Sam did an excellent job replacing broken water heater. Our heater did not work, Sam arrived in 1 hour, inspected, try to fix it with replacement parts. Because our heater was more than 10 years old that did not work. He said it was unsafe to use it. He ordered the new heater and in 1 day on Sunday replaced it. He explained every step thoroughly, gave as options, worked efficiently, helped to move out and back in our heavy laundry washer and dryer, cleaned area after repair.
It was nice to have him working in our place, he was honest and pleasant to work with.
Can recommend Sam's Plumbing Services without hesitation for any sort of plumbing work.

Called Sam about capping a pipe leading to an old bar I was getting rid of. He came and saw job wasn't as difficult as he thought it was over phone and charged me much less than estimate. That's honest! and the right thing to do. Did good job and I will call again.

I had a major blockage in my bathtub... Didn't want to deal with Landlord... I took a chance and spoke to Sam... I mainly picked him because he had 5 Stars. The big blockage was fixed and I was very happy. He also squeezed me in on a busy day which I appreciated. He's honest and upfront and I will use him again

We had an outdoor faucet stop working and we were not sure if the knobs/pipes had been damaged because of the past freezing NY winter. I called Sam and explained and he said he could not make it til the following week. A few hours later, he text'd and called and said he had an open window that day. Kudos! As our outdoor faucet was an unconventional setup, he asked as much information as possible before investigating. Not only did he figure out what the problem was but gave us important instructions on pipe maintenance and damage prevention. He is knowledgable about his craft, courteous, and super nice! His pricing is also very fair. I will definitely call Sam again if we have any other plumbing issues.
