1/8/25 Chris and his apprentice arrived to service our tankless hot water heater and install a garbage disposal. Chris was friendly, professional and definitely takes pride in his work. Chris is the owner and he explained things as he progressed along as well as answering any questions I had, plus it was just really nice visiting with him on other topics. They wore disposable booties, covered our newly tiled floors and cleaned up before leaving. Chris double and triple checked for any plumbing leaks before leaving as well. The invoice price was well within reason and the warranty on our disposal is fantastic.

Cam arrived right on-time. He quickly identified the problems, had the necessary tools and quickly solved both problems. He cleaned up after himself before leaving.

Will I use Sam's again? Yes!
