Interesting how someone spends 1200.00 on a gas water heater. When you contact the company that it won't stay lit. They tell you 150.00. Then they tell you that it's my responsibility to gontsct the warranty department. To have part sent to me. Then they will charge me once part arrives to do the service. He claims 1 year warranty on his work. No where on his receipt dies it say this. In meantime I'm supposed to be without hot water until part arrives. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company says that it gives FREE estimates online. That is false and not true. I called 2/27/2023 to request a service quote on some things I needed tending to at my home. I was told that I would be charged $150 just for the repairmen to step out of their truck and this is without evening entering my home. Why would you need to send out two repairmen just to look at a kitchen sink? Only to be told my charge covers both repairmen for one sink.

THIS COMPANY IS A MAJOR RIP OFF AND I WILL REPORT THEM TO EVERYONE I CAN.
