SO happy with Sam's Mobile home service but Samantha in particular. I carefully researched 3 highly recommended and credentialed mobile home service companies to set my house before choosing Sam's. Sean was the only one to come extremely well prepared with detailed market pricing comparisons and well reasoned advice. Sam's is a Smaller Company and I was somewhat concerned as to how much work from them I could expect; however, Sam and the team worked as hard and harder than any team I've ever worked with before. Sam was ALWAYS readily available (we used texting mostly for efficiency) and is extremely knowledgeable. Not only did Sam's finish a great job setting mine but also taking special care of my elderly mother's single-wide moving her from the keys back up closer to the family. Their pricing saved my wife and I over $8,000 in fees comparable to other companies. Sean was able to orchestrate everything on his own from day 1. Awesome..... Can't imagine using anyone else after this

Teribble experience. these clowns are abusive to the elderly. called out for an estimate, they sent a subcontractor with the impression they would be doing the job. Noone had ever seen the issue!!!!!! tgen he calls back my elderly mother and is verbally abusive on the phone!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
