Never showed never called. I had a set appointment, rescheduled my entire day. He has no respect for his customers and zero communication skills. I cannot recommend. He gives contractors a bad name.

Very disappointed. I called Sam to have a maintenance on my central air, he said he would stop by between 4pm - 7pm. Around 5pm I reached out to him to confirm if he is still coming, he said yes he will be there. Around 6:30 pm I reached back out and asked if he would still make it today, he said yes will be there before 7pm. At 7:15pm, still not showing up, i texted him indicating that perhaps we should reschedule.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt since the reviews on here were very good, so he agreed that the next day at 5 pm would work. I said ok. 5 pm rolls around, yet another no call no show. What a horrible customer experience that left me, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Sam did a great job for me doing some complicated plumbing jobs within a reasonable amount of time and at a very competitive rate. He had done A/c and plumbing work earlier for me and holds good for a long time. He is very polite and easy to work with. I recommend his services to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Sam or his company. He gave me a great price on the replacement of my condenser and did the work timely and efficiently. I've since recommended him to my father and multiple colleagues, who have now used him for various jobs and have raved about his services. If your looking for an honest business man Sam is your guy.
