I can't recommend Sam enough! He came on a weekend within an hour to fix our leaking hot water heater. Turns out we needed a new one! Sam and his staff came back a couple hours later and installed a new one, all on a Saturday! He's just a good person and so honest and trustworthy. He saved us big time and we can't thank him enough. We will call him every time!

Sam does great work and is over-the-top helpful. In addition to helping us out with a couple small jobs and one big one, he also fixed little, unrelated things he noticed in our house and gave great tips for care and maintenance. Since I moved into my house about 3 years ago, Sam has fixed a number of issues for me caused by cheap and dirty shortcuts taken by the previous homeowner. Two days before my first Christmas in this house, he spent the afternoon replacing a leaky galvanized pipe. He has fixed issues related to my shower faucet, sprinkler system, toilet, sink drain, and swamp cooler. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. He always takes the time to explain what he's doing in a way that makes perfect sense to a plumbing layperson such as myself. He is honest and truly cares about doing the job right the first time.
