Complete joke. I scheduled an appointment for a pool heater which was on Wednesday. I called for updates and they couldn't provide any said techs are busy. Got a call b/w 3:30 and 4, that they wouldn't make it but to call back next morning for update on Thursday. Called around 9:30, they had no clue, said too busy, techs not getting back to them. I asked if I was on the schedule and they said very busy with air conditioning repairs. They could never confirm and made excuses about not having techs and them not responding. They also said my window was after 3pm but I was calling each day asking if I was on the schedule or if my appointment would roll to the next day, they couldn't answer. Just kept saying so busy, don't know. I had an appointment so unsure how you don't know or how I don't get moved to the next day. They have on person (manager) running the business, another guy answered once and had no clue, said had to call back. Be very careful with booking an appointment and counting on them. I live 2-3 miles away so felt like a good fit and I had an appointment.

I have used Sampsel Plumbing on two recent occasions. Each was last minute and time sensitive. On both occasions, they couldn't have been easier to work with. Both involved plumbing leaks that, while not severe, were concerning. Each time, I was treated as if I was their #1 customer. They worked me into their schedule and the techs that responded were thorough and conscientious. Sampsel will be my first choice from now on.

Thank you Dave and Sampsel. Because of you I just had the first great shower in the three years I have lived here! Excellent job on the water tank and shower setup! I feel like I should make you all some cookies or a pie.
