I'm a retired lady and have dealt with a whole lot of plumbers in my life time. I've never been so satisfied with a plumbing company. Isaac installed a new cover on some outside pipes today. He did not have to do so but came in to check how the water softener he had installed was working. He explained what was happening and reset it for me. He's so helpful, hardworking, and polite!

They were on time at my friend's house to service the a/c. But the service guy right away said the tray needed to be replaced because it would be rusted out by the end of summer. My friend said that didn't sound right because they had just purchased the home and all appliances passed inspection. The service guy said that inspectors never look at the a/c. My friend said he was standing right there while the inspection took place and had the paperwork saying the a/c was in good shape. The next thing he said was that the a/c needed a new pump and float and it would be an additional $200 for these parts, not including labor! My friend said that he knew he could buy those items for under $60 retail and asked why he would charge so much. The guy said they had to mark up the prices for profit. My friend said he understood that, but wouldn't pay over 4 times the wholesale amount. They negotiated on the parts charge, but my friend said he'll never use them again.

I called Sun City on Saturday due to my air conditioner completely stopped working. The on call service said they would dispatch the call that was at 12 noon. At three in the afternoon I called back. The lady that answered stated rudely that she had sent the call right after we spoke. Sadly they never called all weekend long. I called another company which came out quickly and resolved the problem. I would of liked Sun city to just let me know that they would not be able to service the call. As my time is just as valuable as theirs is.

Richard came out and helped me find the leak under my sink. He was wonderful: polite, friendly and knowledgable. It wasn't easy to find (turned out to be coming off dishwasher air inlet). He fixed the leak quickly and expertly. He also was able to check the water softener and gave great recommendations. Just talking with him I learned a lot. Additionally, Eileen (sp?) was so helpful in scheduling. She is polite and professional. The rates were reasonable. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Sun City and will use them when we start other projects in the house. Thank you to Richard and Eileen.

The telephone rang. The doorbell buzzed. Walkers saw water seeping up from the meter box between the sidewalk and the street. First call Las Cruces Utilites. I just knew the leak was on my side. They confirmed it. I called the plumbing company that helped with a problem in the past, but they could not come till later the following week. Called another company recommended be a neighbor. They could come after hours, but it would be billed as an emergency. Since it was still early in the day I remembered seeing your truck in the neighborhood a time or two so I called your office. A young lady checked her schedule and said someone could take a look at it later in the afternoon. The two gentlemen came, looked at the problem, did some serious digging and an old valve under the sidewalk that had started to leak. They cut the valve out and put in a piece of pipe. The men were professional, the cost was reasonable. While I hope I don't have to, I'll call you if I need to. I already praise you and your crew to the walkers an neighbors
