Warning!!!! This company does not stand behind the products they sell. Our 3 year old water heater broke. We were informed it was under warranty and it was replaced. Later we received a bill for $280 for installation. Seeing as this is a standard fee, we should have been informed of the cost before anyone came out to our house. Received very vague answers about the policy when I stopped in to inquire. No one cared enough to work something out with me. Just a shrug of the shoulders and somebody explaining to me how their products are superior. This is laughable when ours broke after 3 years. I expect this from a big box store, not a smaller company, which usually provide more personal and caring service. You got your money out of us, Sammons, but never again.
