I called in with a strange smell coming from a grate in the floor and asked about setting up an appointment. They asked some diagnostic questions and then told me how to fix the problem myself. Maybe I'm just a cynical person but that kind of free advice was very unexpected. Oh and it fixed the problem as well.

Called Eric because my toilet was leaking. He actually told me what was wrong over the phone, and I was able to fix it myself at no charge. Very honest guy. Others may have come out and charged me just for a 5 minute fix.

He was right on time, completed the work promptly, charged a reasonable price and was very polite, personable and professional. We will definitely call him again when we have future plumbing needs.

Sami follows standard protocol and is polite. He accepted my request for a Sunday noon appointment to fix my pressure valve in my basement. Before he came over, he called me 30 min. ahead, to remind me the appointment. He arrived on time, and performed the job. He cleaned up the working area afterward. I'm happy with his work.

Amazing. I had a very difficult draining issue in my apartment due to rusty pipes, and Sami tirelessly worked at it for an hour and half. He used booties and gloves to ensure that my floors were clean. He explained his work along the way and allowed me to look in on what he was doing, so I now have some familiarity with how one resolves a drainage problem. In the end, though it was a much bigger job than he originally quoted for me, he stood by his original quote of $250. A real bargain and a true gentleman. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone else.

Great customer care!!! I called to schedule for a garbage disposal malfunction. Eric asked me a few questions over the phone and was able to help with the problem without coming to the house.
