Even though this plumber Erik did not do any plumbing at our house,
I think it is valuable for potential customers to know how the call went when
I inquired on Service. Erik took the time to have me run a few tests with our
garbage disposal over the phone (no profit for him!) to help determine the problem-
Since the difference of easily making an adjustment or having him come out
was 0 or hundreds! He determined what the problem was. We will try our own
repair at this point. If we cannot fix, we will only call one plumber and that is Erik!
Way beyond expectations! Integrity goes a long way! Thanks Erik!

Legit. I had a Sunday appt, and I was running late (misplaced my keys). The main guy, Eric, was really cool about everything. After all that, he quickly diagnosed two issues and only charged me $40 for the service. Definitely going with him in the future.

He asked about the make of faucet and other particulars, explained to me the possible causes, and gave me a price quote over the phone. He called before our scheduled time, and arrived right on time. He was able to track down the problem to blockage in the hot water line to the faucet and resolve the problem. Eric was super helpful! And really nice. Answered the phone after-hours (which I was not expecting) and was able to come out and check out our leaky kitchen sink the following afternoon (which I also wasn't expecting). He was able to get us a new disposal installed that same day. He also very clearly showed and explained to me what the problem was, in a way that made sense to me. Can't ask for much more! Hopefully won't have any future plumbing issues, but if I do, I'll be calling Sami's.

(Oh, and for people who care about these things: Eric wore those service booties over his shoes, so as to not track dirt in the house. I don't care either way, but I certainly appreciate the gesture.)
