My experience with Eric has been nothing but extremely professional and pleasant. He cut to the chase and went right on for a phone call. As I described the problem, he went as far to give me the solution over the phone. Then offered if I cannot fix it he would come out and do it for me With a very reasonable price. From what he described over the phone and because now I had an idea of what might have gone wrong with my in sinkerator, I was confidently able to resolve the issue with a few online research YouTube videos as well. But if he had not told me what the real problem was, I would never have been able to resolve it on my own. I will definitely recommend and use Eric for future plumbing issues at my house. For someone who has never put her head underneath the sink, I feel like I had accomplished a monumental task by unclogging the garbage disposal. Happy future customer!

I reached out to Eric to take get a quote on installing a few things after recently purchasing a new condo. He was polite, professional, and quick to respond. The quote was very reasonable. During the process he explianed everything he was doing and also provided lots of advice. I couldn't be happier with the work that he did, and will be recommending him to anyone in my building.

Disingenous, to say the least. They say they provide estimates on Yelp? Sure. They estimate how much they will charge you to come out and estimate the actual work.

Total waste of time.

Caveat Emptor, to say the least. I sent out requests for estimates, received 5 responses (most wanting more information, quite reasonably so) and then Sam's Plumbing. Good Lord, good thing I'm stuck on a long telcon with time to waste....and warn.

He clearly doesn't understand that Yelp send out the request. SMH.

So I sent Sami's plumbing a message that I was looking to replace our entire plumbing system at the house since getting the basement remodeled. I would expect to spend a few thousand dollars on such a large project but decided to take my business elsewhere when I received a reply '$80 to come out for an estimate.'

No thanks, I'll take my $4,000-$5,000 job elsewhere smh...

Eric replaced a leaking garbage disposal for us on Saturday, a few hours after we called. His price was reasonable, he worked efficiently, and he answered all of our questions (including some unrelated to garbage disposals). We would work with Sami's Plumbing again.

Called Eric up again for toilet and sink issues. As a repeat customer, he came out to our house at no charge, provided estimates for both and provided us options on how to fix the problems. He said to give it a shot and if we couldn't fix it, we could call him again. We were able to fix both issues ourselves. Amazingly honest guy who just wanted to help and empowered us with options. Sami's Plumbing is definitely my go to guy if I have any plumbing issues small or large!

I found them through Yelp. I had actually written to him about some work on one of our rentals months before we used him but they weren't available at the time we needed. However Eric is very good about replying fast and actually answering the questions I asked rather than giving me the run around (like most home service companies tend to do.) So, the next time we needed work done, I thought of them.

They are not cheap. Even with the 10% off coupon from the Yelp referral, it was at least $100 more than I expected to replace a garbage disposal. However, it was the weekend and because of this particular tenant and their scheduling issues I just wanted it taken care of rather than calling around for lower prices. Eric was professional and did the work quickly. I was going to review him that evening and probably would have given him 4 stars because of the price but I was busy... and then two days later we had a problem with the dishwasher.

Turns out the dishwasher issue was created by an oversight with the garbage disposal installation. I was so disappointed to have paid what I feel was a high price just to not have the work done right and to have gone through all the inconvenience with my tenant again to get an appliance repair guy in to fix issue two (which cost even more!) So, I wrote to Eric to express my disappointment. I don't want to bore you with the details but long story short, it became quite clear than Eric just made an honest mistake. He apologized and even paid the bill we had from the appliance repair company that same day.

I didn't even ask for the him to pay the bill... he offered. I was actually dreading the potential of asking because I figured it would soak up an hour or two of my time with a bunch of back and forth and turn into a major hassle. However, it wasn't... Eric stands behind his work... and for that reason alone I would call him again and/or recommend him to others.

Like others have mentioned, their quotes could be 2-3 times more expensive than the rest. Be very careful if you decide to go ahead with them. Also when I talked to them they didn't look honest at all. Too much bs about the work they were going to do and that's why it was so expensive. I got the same work done by a different company much more cheaper.
