The handle for our hose bib broke off, I requested a quote from Eric to replace the bib, which came in very reasonably. After evaluating the job site, he was very up front about the lack of access due to our finished basement, and the additional cost and time that would be necessary to replace the hose bib. Instead, he suggested a few cheaper DIY repairs that we could try before sinking a ton of cash into a larger project. I appreciate his honesty and frankness, and will certainly call Eric for our future plumbing needs.

I called Eric to handle a drain clog because I could not figure out how to disassemble the drain properly. Instead of coming out and charging me - which he could have easily done - he walked me through how to handle the disassembly so I could do it myself. Very pleased with Sami's integrity and service. Their tech came out to look at a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Rather than cut a hole in our ceiling and charge us a fee, he advised us how to monitor the leak so we can identify the source and they can come back and fix it potentially without ruining our dry wall. Since he was in the area already, the tech didn't even charge us a visit fee. We will definitely be calling them back to complete the repairs.

They were patient while I crossed checked it with my father (even talked to him on the phone) and answered all of my questions. He was very good about explaining the cost of the job and was able to help us figure out how to replace part of the handle of our shower ourselves. He gave a 1 year warranty on parts and labor as well, which is appreciated. Would call again for sure.

As I described the problem, he went as far to give me the solution over the phone. Then offered if I cannot fix it he would come out and do it for me With a very reasonable price. From what he described over the phone and because now I had an idea of what might have gone wrong with my in sinkerator, I was confidently able to resolve the issue with a few online research YouTube videos as well. But if he had not told me what the real problem was, I would never have been able to resolve it on my own. I will definitely recommend and use Eric for future plumbing issues at my house. For someone who has never put her head underneath the sink, I feel like I had accomplished a monumental task by unclogging the garbage disposal. Happy future customer!
