We had a clogged kitchen sink that we had tried to resolve ourselves for about two days. We tried all the safe things like baking soda & vinegar, hot water, taking the pipes apart from under the sink to check for clogs, and even managed to get a snake down about 25ft. My husband and I were stumped and decided to call our home warranty. The first plumber wouldn't be able to make it out until the following week. Luckily we called back and they sent our request to Same Day. They scheduled a technician for the late afternoon but he called and said he was ahead of schedule and offered to come early.

Though the mask mandate had been lifted, he observed me wearing one and asked me if I'd like him to wear one too. I really appreciated his being thoughtful. The technician was able to get the snake down and found two grease related blockages and got our sink draining properly in 20 mins. Bummed we couldn't fix it ourselves but grateful it wasn't something serious.

My water heater went out and I called my home warranty and was referred to Same day plumbing. They called me not even 2 hours later to set up a time to come and fix it. Frank provided honest and reliable work! He was very professional yet personable at the same time. My home had some difficulties with it being so old but he worked with me and he was able to get everything done and updated to code. I have a brand new working water heater and am very happy with the service he provided! Would use again!

This business was sent to me by Sears Home Warranty due to problems with my water softener. He asked me what my tankless water was. He didn't even know what it was. What a shoe maker!
Here's what happened.
Only unplugged and plugged unit back in. That only temporary solves problem. Didn't replaced burned out bulb inside. Didn't repair instrument panel. Didn't diagnose and repair the leak.
Sears Home Warranty has been apprised of this situation and I will post on Yelp!

Go ahead and give this company a call. They don't return phone calls and don't follow through as promised. I teach a class on customer service for state government. I will be sure to use this company as an example of what not to do. Horrid customer service.

If I can leave Negative 5 stars I would!!! Their name is Same-day Plumbing BUT it's been going on three weeks since they started work in my home. On top of that they cut pipes they shouldn't have and created more issues to the initial leak that I had. My warranty probably went with the cheapest company and it shows by quality of work! You pay for what you get and now I'm paying out-of-pocket more then expected due to their Micky Mouse job that cause more damage than good!

We had an emergency backup and had to call my home warranty (Fidelity National) to start a work order. I have to give kudos to Lena! She was amazing! Fidelity National Home Warranty dropped the ball and she called Fidelity herself, got the work order going & scheduled an appointment for us in less than hour! I was really impressed with her professionalism; she's a get-the-job-done type of a person and am so grateful she picked up the phone & got us scheduled (same day of course)!
Julio arrived on time with another gentleman. Both practiced safe COVID safety precautions and wore booties on their shoes. Julio was very patient and took the time to fix the problem. Both gentlemen were curious and worked well with each other.
