BEWARE!!! My mother had a heater that stopped blowing hot air. She called SameDay and to their credit they came out that night. The tech diagnosed a High Limit Switch failure. This is a $30 part and they wanted to charge her $175 for the part plus installation. (the installation consists of 2 screws and 2 wires with plug ends) This by itself is outrageous. Then they tell her they have to do a ""Tune-up"" to find out why the switch failed. The tune up was $69 and was supposed to include cleaning of most of the furnace. From what I can see there is no evidence of any cleaning whatsoever. In fact the filter was removed and not replaced. The tune up was a fraud! Then the conveniently found that their were pin hole cracks that they could not show her but would cause the furnace to fail and she had to have a new furnace and A/C to be safe!!! They still wanted to repair the old furnace and wait till after Christmas to replace it CHARGING HER FOR BOTH!!!!! The price for the new equipment was a bait and switch. She was told it would be just over $7000 for the new equipment and install. When I saw what they had written down for financing was over $11000 after add ons!!!!! I sent the installer away and canceled the purchase. I have asked for someone to call me about it and no one has. It feels as though they were taking advantage of a vulnerable old lady. SameDay does not have that reputation so I would hope this is not how they do business. But this was a terrible experience and cost my mother time and money. If I had not intervened it would have been worse. I would hope SameDay could make this right.

Our experience with same-day heating and air was exceptional, they took the time and explained everything to us from start to finish. Our tech Schuyler was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The thing that impressed us right when he walked in the door he put booties on over his shoes to keep our carpet and tile clean. We we're also impressed with his knowledge of the heating and air-conditioning products and all of their promotions and savings . We will definitely be using you again! Schuyler you rocked it .

They installed 2 high efficient furnaces and 1 air conditioner in my home last summer. They gave me the best price and were very professional to work with. I was very pleased with the way they made sure I was happy with their service. They just called me and came out last week for their complimentary one year tune up. The service man was about as nice as a person could be and gave me all necessary time to answer my questions. Highly recommend them.

Wow. I don't believe these reviews are real. They charged $80 just to walk in the door which they will not include in the rest of the bill. Then $300 to replace a $20 igniter. If you call these guys, know that you will be paying out the nose. The repairman was pleasant, if that is worth paying a 1500 percent markup. So bottom line, Nearly $400 for a simple part and less than an hour's work.

They're awesome! Not only are they very punctual, efficient and effective at what they do, but each and every one of them is incredibly friendly and helpful.

German has been a great service technician. He was hard working and considerate of our schedules. We're very happy with the service he provided for us.

Same day heating and air is the greatest. Stress free, helpful and great customer service. Wendy, John, Lee, and everyone that helped us with the process of furnace replacements is wonderful and would highly recommend them to anyone who has questions, upgrades, or just tune ups. These guys are the best!!!!

After five years, just renewed my heating/AC service contract with SameDay. Have always been happy with their technicians - very friendly, punctual, great at explaining whatever issues my system might have. I've never felt any kind of ""upsell"" pressure from them, and I will definitely go to SameDay first when my furnace or AC needs to be replaced.

Called Sameday Heating & Air to come look at our broken A/C. Before looking at the A/C, they start telling us we need a new furnace, which was working fine last winter without a single problem. Then they tell us we need a new A/C. The price they quote us is double and triple the prices that we've been quoted already - way overpriced!
(The last company who came to repair the A/C said that we may need a new one and that it would cost around $2,500. Sameday suggested that a new A/C alone would be $5,000 to $7,000, and a minimum of $10,000 to $20,000 when combined with the furnace!)
Because they were clearly selling us on buying new overpriced units, we asked them to just repair the existing A/C unit. It was very clear that they did not want to repair it because they wanted to sell us a new unit. We asked them to repair the old A/C for now. They charged us $400 and the A/C broke again before they left (we had to flag them down as they were driving away). When they looked at it again, they suggested spending an additional $600 for a different part (that may or may not actually fix the problem). For obvious reasons, we declined.
In their defense, at the end of the day they only charged us $79 because we were not happy, but the A/C still does not work. And we'll be using another company in the future with more reasonable prices! I would strongly discourage anyone from using Sameday Heating & Air in the future, unless they want to purchase an overpriced A/C and furnace rather than fixing their existing ones.

Not my experience with this company. Salesman make promises he didn't keep. When I attempted to call I got no response from the company or the salesman. When they came for their free 1 yr tune up and I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told they would take care of it and let me know. Nothing to date.......
