We woke up to water on the floor and a leaky water heater. We tried going through Xcel Homesmart, but it was after 10 with still no call from anybody! I called Same Day and got a price and time immediately. They came out earlier than promised and were done before 5 pm. The men were friendly, professional and efficient. They removed the old heater and hauled it away. The new one was installed beautifully. What a great experience!

Talked to Zach this morning because of a dead water heater. We had sewer damage and thought that knocked out the heater. He walked me through some things over the phone and now I have hot water again. He didn't make any money off of me today but that heater is getting old and when I need service or a replacement, he will be the first person I call.
