Ian came to service our A/C unit today and we got a very thorough inspection of all parts of our system. He found several issues with our system including shotty duct work (including holes that no service tech even mentioned previously), dampers that were not working properly, and dirty coils and wheel (likely caused by the holes in duct work). He explained everything, went over pricing and finance options (if we decided to proceed with repairs), and answered any questions we had. He then stayed late to clean the system so my family and I would not longer be breathing in the particles on the cooling coils and evaporator wheels and had his boss, Juston, come out THE SAME EVENING to get a quote on new duct work and dampers. This is how customer service should be, these guys are the best! They definitely earned our business for life!

Freddy Alvarez has done a good job in inspecting our cool, heat units. He was very knowledgeable, inspecting very detail of the unit functioning. He was able to detect issue right away when he first started his inspection and fixed my thermostat immediately.

A dishonest and incompetent company. They opened up their business a few weeks ago in Sacramento, and anybody should want to spend their money with a more professional company rather than this newly opened up one. The workers have to comeback and fix up the work they didn't do or cared to fix. Please send some help or shut down immediately
