We had a house inspection done and they found that the drain lines was leaking in places. Had Same day Plumbing come out and they found that the drain lines were all in need of bring replaced. Have the lines replaced and the team did a great job were fast as could be and very clean in what they did. Great job!

We have toddlers. Apparently one flushed a Barbie down the toilet, unbeknownst to us. I did a load of laundry one day and water gushed from our downstairs toilet like Old Faithful. Thank god we have tile floors. My husband turned off the water but there was SO MUCH WATER on the floor. Needless to say, it was a rough day. And we needed help immediately. I found this company on google and called around 12:15 pm. She said someone would come between 2-4. I got a text when my tech was on the way with his photo and a quick bio. Jimmy and Roger came in around 3pm like the Wolf from Pulp Fiction and immediately got to work. Super professional and took the time to explain everything to me and my skeptical husband (who thinks everyone is trying to rip us off, which isn't a totally unfounded assumption). At one point, Roger even sketched me a picture to help me understand an issue I wasn't clear on. They were clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. Had impressive plumbing equipment and technology and were able to show us the blockages and ultimately the Barbie. Got us all fixed up as new in a couple hours and at a reasonable price. Will call them again for any plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!

Technican Jose was great. He came into my house, inspected my furnace & was very polite and helpful. He introduced me to this water system to make my water softer. He wasn't pushy. Good guy.

WOW! I got a coupon offering a furnace tuneup for $49 and I got so MUCH MORE than I thought! Kolby showed up promptly and went to work on my furnace (which hadbn't been cleaned in a long time). He showed me which parts were worn out, what the furnace starter was doing, then took a shop vac and cleaned it for over an hour!!!. It purred like a kitten afterward--just in time for these cold nights. He also told me about their FIVE year service plan for $165--what a deal!! I didn't know anything like that existed. It's usually $150 to $200 for anyone to come out. Call Same Day Service Plumbing Heating & Air, be sure to ask for and insist you get KOLBY He's great! Very Satisfied custopmer

They need to change their name - I called Saturday multiple times and my husband called Sunday... Today is Monday and we still haven't been helped. That's not same day, nor is it even next day. We're on the third day and still no help. Triple digits heading our way... PLUS - And this is was really pissed me off most - When my husband called and gave our address, the lady repeated it back to him incorrectly twice and then argued with him that he said the wrong address but ""she'll go ahead and fix it for him"" - What?!? I think we know our own address. Maybe she HEARD him wrong twice. Instead pointed the blame on him like he didn't know his own address!! HORRIBLE customer service. We went with someone else. We'll see how it goes.

Never rec'd a receipt or copy of warranty for services in June.

Charged over $300 to install a $30 part. A/C tune up consisted of my unit & coils being washed with my water hose.

My water heater went out in the afternoon. Called Same Day Service to come out. They said a fee of $199 would be refunded if they did the work. When Martin came out, he said it would cost $4000 to install a new water heater! I said No, that's outrageous. So I'm out the $199, but got a new water heater at Home Depot and found a plumber to install it for $200 for a total of about $800, saving me $3200. They did not tell me ahead of time that it would cost $4000 or I wouldn't have had them come out at all. Like other commenters, don't use this company.

I am in the Real Estate Business and I needed a plumber immediately to save a transaction. I called Same Day and they lived up to their name! After calling around noon, Corey came just after 5:00 to diagnose the problem. It required crawling the sub-floor and wasn't a simple task. He came back up, let us know what the problem was, and finished the repair. We had to have the original inspector come back out to clear the work and sure enough, it was done properly. A big thanks to Corey and the rest of the staff at Same Day Service for getting this done so quickly.

Called on Saturday after I dug out the water main area. Broken pipe like several of our neighbors experienced. Spoke w/Leticia. Said someone would call. I told her I know my neighbor is an owner or worker there, 4-5 houses away. Never received a call back. I found the leak 3' x 3 1/2' dug still no call. Called back spoke to Omar to cancel. Come to find out I was speaking to a national answering service not Dixon where I thought I called. Omar said he would cancel and let Leticia know. Monday I get a call asking if I still need service. Lol, really? ""Same day service""? I replaced the pipe on Sunday and filled the hole. All done by me ! No help from a company I was going to pay but not supplying what we expect from the company name, just saying. Be truthful on advertising please!

These guys are crooks!!! Quoted almost double what others quoted. Better off going to a hardware store. Rule of thumb should be about double the cost for a water heater to install. So a $700 water heater should cost $1400 total with install.
Shop around, these guys are a last resort at best!
