Unfortunately, I can only give one star, not the negative that these people deserve. My A/C was only blowing cool air, so we called because it was around the corner. When he got to the house, he said the Freon was low, and allegedly re-charged. It no longer worked after he left. When we called, he told us the furnace was not high enough off the ground and it would ""only"" cost a thousand dollars to ""fix"". he then said he would come back to fix the A/C that no longer works after he re-charged it. He was a no show, and will not return my phone call. I beg you, if you are reading this, stay as far away as you can from this company!!!! I wish I had read the reviews prior to making the call.
Run the other way.
The owner will triple estimate then demand 1/2 before starting. His tech will do the work, while he sits in the van. His personality and statements made me truly believe he is bipolar. No really. He became irate at the clean up crew that Allstate sent. Then promised a refund - in a text to his worker, at the same time "" tell her I will pay for the hotel"" All the while - refusing to answer my calls. Of course have not seen any of the $$. Tried to double up the estimate again when he LIED about water leaking into the furnace (It had not) DO NOT HIRE even if you get everything in writing - (which no one can read).
I had my furnace replace in February. It turns out my AC hadn't been working lately. I found this out as fact on in June. So, naturally, I call the same company that installed the furnace to see if they missed something in regards to the connection from the furnace to the AC. They come out last Friday and claim that it was a blown fuse and have ""fixed"" it. It was working when they left my house, and was working for several days after that - even after manually turning it off then on several times. They also ran a few more tests on the unit which included checking the pressure which read at satisfactory levels.
I go to turn it on 3 days later and the same problem came back: the air is blowing from the furnace fan inside the house, but the air is not cool. The outside unit is not on. I call them back to see i they can check it out again. The same two guys came back out but have absolutely no idea what they did the week prior. I told them they said they replaced the fuse - they check it and say that there is no way they replaced the fuse, it's not the brand they use. So I ask, what did you do to get it to work? ""We don't know"". So one of the guys calls his boss who then wants to speak to me. He rattles off a myriad of potential things it could be and says it would be $500 to fix. I tell him I'll call him right back. 5 minutes later when I call him back he now says they can do it from $700-$900. I tell him I might call him back the next day.
Hours later after thinking about it I look at the original invoice ($69.95) and it says they replaced the blown fuse. I call the company back and ask to be walked through the potential repairs needed and then simply ask the service rep ""why did they put they replaced the fuse if they didn't? why wasn't this seen on the first visit to my house?"". The gentlemen starts berating me, yelling at me, cursing at me, and then hangs up. The company was woefully unprofessional, and not fit to diagnose problems via the phone.
It seems that I am not alone in my poor experience with them.
Long story short: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Awful company. Tech tried to sell us on a whole furnace when all we need was a simple part. Had to get another company out and they fixed it in an hour for half the price.

Steve R.I called them for an estimate to install a central AC unit and a furnace I purchased online. He gave me a price sight unseen, told me he could do it the next day and told me to mail in a deposit. Then he had an office worker call me to schedule, and it became a job at least a week out. The next day I called again with questions, and was told my deposit just increased by $300 and if he didn't have it I was being dropped from the schedule. I continued to look for other vendors, and found one willing to do the job although more expensive. I contracted with them to have the equipment installed. I texted same day service to let them know that I would not be needing them the following week, and got a nasty text in response. I said there was no need to be nasty and the texter became more abusive and threatened to sue. I'm glad I read the online reviews before hiring this company.
Called owner as recommended by MFG of 5 year old A/C unit in need of warranty service. Owner stated flat out as he tried to sell me a new unit that he would not do the warranty work and then he hung up on me.....My suggestion...find a more reputable Heating and A/C business to handle your needs...I am a 20 year veteran of home inspections and that includes inspecting A/C units...these people only want to sell you something
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Dishonest, unresponsive, and unprofessional. First appointment, I took off work to be home and he was a no-show - and made excuse that technician was in a car accident. Second time, I paid him $600 to service my AC and it did not work past one more day. Called for him to come out again and he promised to PERSONALLY come, so I took another day off, and again a no-show. Gave a final call for him to stand by his business and he was AGGRESSIVE to me on the phone, and told me he already told me I need a new unit and it would be additional 3,000+ dollars. This was a lie, he had never communicated that in previous discussions. He was very aggressive in words and tone on the phone and he hung up on me.
Jean L.I cannot recommend this company at all. They were highly recommended by a prominent member of the local cahamber of comerce. But the owner/technicians are rude and not truthful. It took two Saturdays to get a new unit installed for an unexplained reason. They removed the old unit and carried in the new one and then left for the day, even thoughtt it was still very early int he day. They never indicated beforehand that the work would take more than one day. so they left without When called out on a lie about an action that was witnessed they said some pretty nasty stuff and threatened retaliation. They were also supposed to change a- moldy and rotting section of drywall, a part of the agreed-upon price but ultimately just slathered a bunch of drywall compound on it.

I called them looking to replace my air conditioner. We scheduled an estimate the following week. They no called no showed for the appointment, leaving me waiting around for over an hour, and for the next three days I called them leaving the messages because no one was answering their office phone.
Four days after the missed appointment I get a call from someone from their office asking if I called for repair service, as I was trying to explain to them what happened the call got dropped, when I called their office back I once again got their voicemail.
The following day I get a call saying they could replace my unit for $4k. When I called them back to get some information the person who answered the phone was very rude. When I asked what happened with our appointment and how they could quote an install price without ever seeing where it needed to go or the size of the space it was cooking the person who answered the phone got very rude and belligerent with me before hanging up on me.
After looking into their company it seems they have a very horrible score with the Better Business Bureau, and every other rating agency out there, on top of a track record of shoddy work and bigotry.

They installed a furnace in February for me. I go to turn on the AC this summer and it's not working. They come out and claim to have fixed it. Two days later it stopped working. They come back and now claim it's a $800 repair. When I call to go over the estimate I'm yelled at, cursed at, and hung up on. Do not use this company. Woefully unhelpful, unreliable, and awful customer service. One of those companies that tried to ""take you for a ride"" thinking you won't question any charge.
