Plumbers are not cheap, but they do perform much needed service. They were here when they said they would be here, and the tech was very good at what he did. He explained things fully and showed me what he had replaced and why the replacement was needed. I will use them again.

They showed up promptly to review my project. I again informed the tech that I wanted a toilet and sink installed on the second floor. He looked at the second floor and the first floor. Even went into basement to view plumbing down there.
Within an hour, I received two emails: first was an invoice for $0 and the second stating that they will not be taking on the bathroom addition.
One would think that the tech they sent would have and should have known that. More importantly, they could have called first to determine the scope of the project if they didn't understand what I meant when I requested a quote foe the installation of a toilet and sink.

These guys got it done, efficiently and for a reasonable price. I picked out and had the HW heater I wanted from HD, but not their installers. I was going to do it myself but once I learned about the expansion tank and other issues from Eric I let him go for it. Showed up on time installed the smart one with water shutoff, and took away my 14 year old about-to-leak one! Recommended.
