I've never had an HVAC company at my house before, but our AC recently stopped working so we called Same Day. Have you ever had a rack of lamb with green mint jelly and a little horseradish? No? Well go try it and be ready for the best experience ever. That's what it was like having Same Day out at our house. It was glorious by all measures of the word. And the technician they sent out? Mr Elias, aka The coolest ever He reminded me of those hula hoop competitions at the Del Mar fair. Full of kids and wannabes trying their best to keep up, all while that one guy with the shades in the back is busy making hula hoop look like a modern day Michael Jackson concert. He troubleshooted our AC and was able to determine the issue and provide solutions, all before lunch time. And to celebrate, we had a rack of lamb!... Just kidding, we ain't rich. And fortunately it was super affordable to fix our AC! I couldn't recommend Same Day enough! We'll be calling them for all of our future HVAC needs! Thank you Same Day!

Jesse Puga was excellent! He arrived early, was prepared, finished the inspection on time and even replaced my air filter since it was overdue. He is very professional and reviewed all the photographs of my unit and detailed the importance of them. He provided recommendations for issues to be aware of and provided me with information to use in the event of any emergencies or faults with my HVAC. It was very easy to schedule my appointment with Same Day too; they also provided wonderful customer service.
