What an amazing experience! We requested a free quote to replace a damaged board under the bathroom sink. Richard came and quickly assessed the issue and gave us a quote. Very reasonable. He came the next day and did the work very fast. I don't think it took him 30 minutes! He worked with the elderly very well, making sure they were secure before he left. He also text when he enters and leaves the home, which is nice since I was coordinating work from afar. I will definitely be calling again for his help. Many bigger issues to address with my mom's house. Job well done! Thank you Richard.

Richard was easy to work with and quick to respond; thus, giving him two and a half stars. However, this review if for his work, which I cannot recommend. He's completed 7-8 jobs for me in the past 12-15 months and I've had to spend more money on issues for three of those jobs. Be careful

Do not use same day handyman. He is a rude, disrespectful person. I had to cancel my estimate and he replied with a nasty text. He does not deserve to be on yelp or any other website. What kind of business does he have. He's terrible!!!!

Richard did respond quickly, but didn't follow through as I had instructed him. I wanted the paint blended with the existing wall above the addressed area, but he refused to do that for the price we had agreed upon. I did give explicit directions for this job and he said he would do it. Then he wanted $50 more to blend the paint even though that was part of the initial job description that he accepted. His attitude could use some adjustment also!
