It was not as good as I expected. I cannot recommend it since he promised to come to an unfinished job and twice different kind was not done right. I paid as requested, but I was not happy with the job. Carpentry? Maybe not.

Richard responded to my request right away. He was very quick with replies and was at my home in less than 30 minutes for a quote. He was well equipped with all tools necessary and completed the job right then and there. This was on a Saturday in the late afternoon even!!!! HIGHLY recommend Richard!!!

I needed my utility sink replaced. Richard came and gave me a great price. He also allowed me to shop around to find the right sink on my own. I bought a size that was slightly too big but he was able to customize how the sink was fit to the opening and it looks fabulous. Very personable guy, very easy going, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he needed to do beforehand and even gave options to get the job done how my wife and I wanted. Highly recommend and I'll be contacting him again soon for future jobs.

Edit: Also wanted to mention that his turn-around is really quick. I had family coming from out of state and he worked with us as best as he could to get the job done before they came. Thanks again!

I am throughly impressed with a Richard from Same Day Handyman. We had an under the sink leak in our downstairs bathroom the Friday right before the Memorial Day weekend. I read Richard's great Yelp reviews and decided to contact him though the app. I sent a message Friday evening and Richard responded promptly. He was there the next morning at 7:00 a.m. to assess the problem and was able to isolate the source and temporarily stop the leak. Since he already had another large job scheduled that day, Richard put time on his schedule the next morning on Sunday for the full repair. Richard was prompt, courteous and thorough. He repaired the leak quickly and efficiently at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Richard for any handyman needs. He has 25 years of all around experience and I feel fortunate to have found such a great resource. Thank you, Richard!

I had an emergency repair needed on my roof. Richard answered my plea for a handyman immediately and arrived within the hour. He was professional, worked quickly to solve my issue, and took photos of my roof to help me understand the scope of the damage animals had done. He takes Zelle and so payment was quick and easy. Had Richard come out and install several new security screen doors on my house..Richard picked up the doors from the store for me and installed them in a efficient and timely manner..He is very detail oriented and punctual; did a great job...He even changed all the locks on the doors to match up with the new locks on the screens...I have several other projects I want done and will not hesitate to have Richard do the work...A++++

My dishwasher was not operating properly and was starting to accumulate water and was not draining. It also smelled from left over water. After searching on Yelp i came across Same Day Handyman. After speaking with Mr Richard, he went out the same day .

He added a vent for the dishwasher. which was missing to begin with. Relocated the garbage disposal to the correct side. Re assembled all the connections correctly. Very happy with hes clean and knowledgeable work. Price is very reasonable. He also texts you through the process of the work that's being done including photos of the work.

He also made adjustment to the sliding backyard door which was not locking. I will definitely use hes services in the near future.
