ZERO!!!! Beware!!!!! Samco was hired by our home warranty company to repair our refrigerator. He came to our home got his $68.00 our copay amount and told us to call Samsung. Then when leaving he backed into our block wall knocking part of it down. He said he would come back and fix it because he didn't want to file with his insurance. Needless to say he's never come back and won't answer our calls.

I am sorry that I am writing this review because it is from Aug-Sept last year, however it needs to be written. After a very lengthy process and the advice from HomeAdvisor.com. I have reached back out to HomeAdvisor.com today because I couldn't leave the review on their website. So here it goes.... I wouldn't hire this guy, Thaddeus Samuels to wipe my ASS!!!! I got multiple different stories on why my job wasn't finished, the communication was eventually lost.
I had an approximately a 4'x6' spot of missing vinyl siding missing on the living room side of my house and the entire back of my house. I am a %100 disabled veteran, so I couldn't do it. He was also supposed to install back interior door and some of my flashing. The only thing that was done was the small patch on the side of the house and 4 days later it was all ripped off by the wind and I couldn't get him back out to fix it. So, I had to do it, and then I couldn't walk for four days due to my knees. We had worked out a price of $800 for the entire job, was going to give him $400 for the start of the project, he said he to go home (where ever that was) I don't remember. Never heard from him again. The $400 was in cash (can prove this with bank statement), then he charged $387.50 on my card through HomeAdvisor.com.
I called HomeAdvisor.com and they gave me 50% credit back to CC. Never seen or heard from him again. Man, he BOHICA'd (Bend Over Here It Comes Again) me huh? BTW, I have ALL of this kept in my text box on my phone. You stole from me, your guess of what is now going to happen isn't even close to what IS really going to happen. I will let the legal system go to work. Your company/work doesn't even rate any amount of a star. The only reason one is marked is because I had to.

They came to my home under a warranty company. Said he was going to order a part. Did not hear from them for two weeks after numerous calls and texts. Then came back out said he needed another part. Then came to install part saying fixed. Was not fixed told him and he told the warranty company it was unfixable....so we bought a new dishwasher...$800. They came out to install. Then come to find out we didn't even need the damn dishwasher because all they needed to do is flip the switch....

Samco contracting came to my home under a home warranty company. He was suppose to fix my ac unit well that didn't happen after paying him 600 dollars so now I have to pay another company to fix what he was suppose to fix. Please dont waste your time or money because I did.
