We are very satisfied with our SAMCO experience. We are having issues with our water bill and needed a 'leak check' before calling the city in to investigate the issue. The technician who made the appointment was very curteous and helpful and Todd came out promptly on time, was efficient and friendly and even helped me understand how the meter works before he left. We will definitely call again for anything they can help us with in the future.

I called Samco because I had a clogged kitchen sink. The girl that answered the phone was friendly and helpful. The technician Todd was early, he knew exactly what to do and got the job done. I like that they write up the work order and get your approval first before they start the work. I knew exactly what it would cost and was able to use a coupon that they had on their website. Great service and price, will use them again for any plumbing needs.

It all started with Darlene taking my call and scheduling the appointment. They were the only plumbing company to take care of my problem the same day I called. I had a pinhole leak on the main line to my water softener for the whole house. Kevin was my technician and he was nothing less than stellar. Very knowledgeable and professional. He took care of the issue and also took care of a request I made after he arrived. I highly recommend SAMCO. They are easy and friendly to deal with, fair and competitive with their pricing, and their work is professional.

Very professional and friendly. Josh called ahead to let me know that he was on his way. He introduced himself and his partner when he arrived. He had been contacted by Hydroscout of the leak and where the problem was located. I had already been referred to Samco by another entity. They got to work right away. Josh wrote an estimate for me to agree with and I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was. I assumed labor hadn't been included but it was the total bill. After finishing the work and talking with me, Josh realized that I didn't have a way to reach my shut off valve to my waterline. He resolved that problem in about 5 minutes and all work was completed. I am very pleased with the job. And Josh and his partner was very easy to work with and very efficient and knowledgeable at their job. I would highly recommend Samco and will definitely use them again if needed. I thank the person who recommended them. I also got some of their cards to hand out.

To be fair, I have not used Samco in over seven years, but I wanted to review them as a """"heads up"""" to future users. They were friendly, prompt and knew plumbing. But I had four plumbing issues and they said their policy is to treat each issue like """"a separate call"""" with separate pricing which sounded fair at the time. I had four issues--two worn out toilet tank innards (main reason for the call), two sluggish tub drains. My bill was over $400 by their method of separate pricing --for less than an hour's worth of work. I have since learned that others charge an hourly labor rate and will gladly fix other things while there plus supplies. Those were mighty expensive hairballs to pull out of the tub/shower drains with a snake tool--took them five minutes each and cost me about $100 each. But I learned. Maybe their policy has changed since then but it''s worth your asking how they charge before you give them a list. Curry & Gilliam-Waddell are very good plumbers. (Verplanck went out of business.)

Brett and David did a great job responding to our leak situation and quickly resolved our issue on a Friday afternoon. Brett came back on the following Monday to complete the repairs after the concrete had dried and completed two other jobs we needed done! Overall great service!
