Byers beware, !!!!! company gave us an estimate in acces of $900 for a moen 1222 valve repair, and cut hole in drywall .. googled and did it for $50 and took me 15 minutes ..... Beware !!!!!!!

On Monday Feb 17th I scheduled one of their plumbers out to check out a leak in my water purifier. No one showed. Shame that these places don't care about losing business. Others need to know about their lack of caring..

As the Sam T's truck was leaving my neighbors house yesterday, I flagged him down to ask a quick question regarding my broken dishwasher and to ask for a quote. After explaining the problem, Phillip said """"let me take a quick look"""". Well, his quick look saved me the cost of a new dishwasher. The person that installed my garbage disposal, didn't turn the water back on under the kitchen sink. (that was the problem, there was no water when I started it.) Thank you again for being professional and kind. That is rare these days in the business world. I will call Sam T's for any future plumbing service. Thanks again Phillip...

Terrible Scam!!......Buyers Beware.!!....Technician and Appy gave my wife an estimate of +$900 to replace """"Moen"""" shower regulating valve through the back drywall. We denied and investigate broken valve on youtube....LOL The fix was a Moen 1222 positemp valve replacement ...Valve and valve puller bought at Lowes for $60... Technician did not touche the valve or investigate. And then was doing training at the same time!!!... What a shame of a Company Technician !!!!!!! Buyers Beware !!!!!!!!!!!!

Had an issue on Sunday night but not an emergency. I was able to speak to someone live and schedule an appointment for the next morning. They came out in time and finished fast at a fair price. Call them first to save yourself time.

All I can say is wonderful. They arrived at my home about an hour after I called, for a plumbing """"emergency """", so we had no appointment. Their rates were so very reasonable and they were honest and efficient. I cannot say enough about the service, and now we have a plumber for whenever we need one. Thank you so much.

This business is very expensive and not customer friendly. Job was to replace faucet and they charged $450 for a 10 minute job. The technician said that he would email receipt of payment and come back to finish job when he found the right part. He has done neither and attempts to contact only lead to voicemail. I would not recommend this company as there are too many other choices.
