Do not recommend this company will make you wait and wait and still not show or do what they claim they will. I have been waiting for a invoice for over 2 weeks and all I've been being told is today at 3:00 everyday for 2 weeks. Costing me to much money and time. Then they will not answer the phone.

I was having problems with my sink draining slow so I called this company, I was referred by a friend. They came out fairly soon and fixed it so quick I was shocked! Saeed was very professional and he didn't leave a mess. The repair cost wasn't that bad and he gave me a free estimate on some other work that I needed. He was licensed by the state (I always check) so that was a plus! I would definitely reccomend this company for any plumbing needs no matter the size!

I hired Sam Taylor plumbing twice (the 2nd time against my better judgement) for work on two of my investment properties. On both occasions, the homes went under contract to be sold and during the home inspections, there were plumbing issues cited that weren't done right the first time and needed to be corrected (after paying thousands of dollars mind you). When they ""finally"" came back to the homes to make the repairs, I asked for a written statement or receipt as proof for the buyers that the repairs were done. On both occasions they answered my call, agreed to provide written statements/receipts and then completely went off the grid.
I called and texted several times to ""remind"" them but my calls and texts have been unanswered to this day. This request would literally have taken 2 minutes to handle and they absolutely refused to do it. The ironic part is that they were quick to call and harass my contractor and I for payment before the jobs were even complete.

Furthermore, I had another client hire them for plumbing services and they had him wait at his vacant house for an entire day without ever showing up.

My advice....steer clear of this company. That is all.

They came and took my $200 to unstop my toilet! It was fine for 2 days then started backing up in both bathrooms again filling up the tubs with sewage and brown water. I been calling them and they been ignoring my calls all day, text me back one time saying he busy like wtf!! Very unprofessional and I recommend them to no one!!
