To start off, this has nothing to do with the work of the technicians, more with their customer service. I scheduled an appointment for a quote on 12/11/24, for 12/18/24. They tell me sometime between 12-5, okay so I take off work to stay home and wait. Call to see if they have a more accurate time frame for said appointment, talk to the receptionist about it she says she will call me back for a more accurate time frame, they call me back and say they don't have a time for me, then the receptionist puts on what i assume was her manager, and she says to me and I quote, ""Are you sure you scheduled an appointment with us?"" Me astounded she would ask me that, calmly state, ""Yes I am sure."" She then says we will call you back with a accurate time for your appointment, wait about 20 mins, decide to call again. Talk to the receptionist again and she says the technician has an ""emergency today"", and I calmly thank the receptionist for her honesty and then she offer to reschedule my appointment, safe to say I said no. I would not recommend this company to anybody, and that's my fault for using google for shower drain repair services, and picking one of the first results.
