Just got off the phone with Cynthia. She was very rude, arrogant, and not very accommodating. I asked to speak with someone else and she said no. Even worse that Sam did nothing to try to resolve my complaint and didn't even apologize. All they needed to do was act like they care. Bad business !

I found Sam on Yelp and the reviews were correct, he did not disappoint. We had no hot water and a leak in our tankless water heater. Sam quickly diagnosed the problem and was back at our house the next morning to install our new water heater. He was prompt, professional and I felt his pricing was fair.
