Our home had been vacant for 2 years prior to our purchase. So we had lots of leaks! We had Sam rework all the plumbing in our manufahome to PEX. This was written in 2015 and at the time we were extremely pleased with his work.

We had a second occasion to call on Sam to assist us with the water heater in Dads condo. Not only did Sam MAKE TIME in his crammed schedule to help us, but he went above & beyond to ensure that the condo was 'sale ready' for our open house this weekend! & His bill was significantly less than originally anticipated!

Sam fixed a significant plumbing problem for me that I was not willing to take on myself. I sent him a photo of the problem and he was able to give a quote and indicate where a larger problem may exist which would be extra. We did indeed have to make the more costly repair but only after he was sure it really needed the extra work. He left it up to us to decide on the extra work with no pressure. Once the job was complete it became evident there was a small leak in one of the pipes. I called Sam and he was back over quickly and had it fixed. Sam was on time, pleasant, and professional. I will happily call him again.

Sam is our go-to guy when bad things happen, like when the drain cleaner ate through the upstairs sink drain. Or when the downstairs bathtub started draining fast again because the cast-iron drain had rusted away. Or when we only found the complete blockage between the inside main drain and the outside AFTER we returned the good sewer snake.

He's friendly yet professional, is nice to our cats, his prices are reasonable, and he does a good job. We recommend him to our friends and neighbours whenever they have a need.
