Recommended Customer Reviews
Terrible customer service. Stay far away. We called them after they were recommended by our neighbor to check on our HVAC in May. Service was provided satisfactorily at that time. As the weather turned cooler, we called them back as the same unit was reading ""auxiliary heat"" when started. Not only did the tech not show on the originally scheduled date, we were charged a service call charge with this message on the bill: ""check unit and check aux heat; found unit working fine at this time; found aux heat when go over 2 degrees as it should."" When I called to inquire about the service call charge for what I would think would be covered under a warranty, no only did I speak with rude office staff, the second person never returned my call after she was supposed to be ""looking into it."" This week, we received a bill with a ""finance charge."" Apparently, there was a ""30 day warranty"" on the service (I was not present for either visits). Stay far away from a company that only guarantees their work for 30 days and if this was such a common issue, we should have been notified of this over the phone (remember, I had to call twice to have the technician come out the second time). We will never, ever use this company again. The Pollards should be ashamed that this is the business they are running.
