We have learned an expensive lesson. Sam Jolley Plumbing installed two new toilets for us. We bought the toilets and they furnished labor only. The technician did a good job. We now know never to take the first estimate. We were told the labor would be $1,800 to install the two toilets. When we expressed shock at that exorbitant price, the owner reduced the price to $1,400, which we stupidly accepted. Now we know we should not have paid more than $300-400 for the job. Expensive lesson learned. Next time we'll get other estimates for whatever the job happens to be, and I strongly recommend you do the same.

I recommend not wasting your time or money on an estimate from this company. The technician they sent estimated an hour and a half to replace a hose bib/pipe on the exterior of the house for $425!!! When I told him that was ridiculous he immediately reduced it to $375- still exorbitant. He then gave me a price of $375 to replace the p-trap under my kitchen sink (or """"$671 for both""""). I hired another company that did BOTH for $275 in under an hour!!

After searching for a good company to help us with our plumbing issues , we decided to go with Sam Jolley. The customer service to booking the appointment and getting set up was outstanding. Quick, easy and even gave a follow up call, along with a heads up of when the plumbers were on the way. If I owned a plumbing company Scott and Ian mirror the type of people I would want on my team. They definitely deserve a raise or bonus. For starters, they showed up to my house with a positive, professional, can-do attitude. They assessed the problem and worked very well together. They went above and beyond to educate me on what they were doing and how they were going to fix our plumbing issues. They were punctual, honorable, and hard working. The job was completed in a timely manner as well. My family and I are so happy to finally have our water working again and be able to be at peace. Thank you or the outstanding work To this team of overachievers. Keep being a great company and team. I will definitely recommend them and will continue to use them if needed in the future . Avoid this company!!! Their technicians are clueless and don't know how to complete a job. I hired this company for a standard water heater installation. The technician said the job was completed and left. An hour later, still no hot water. I called their office, they said the technician would call me within a few minutes. An hour later, still no call. I called back and was told the same thing. An hour later, still no call. Hours later, the technician showed back up. He said the water tank was newer and he wasn't sure how it worked. I'm literally standing here with no hot water and nobody from this company knows how to get this tank working!! Avoid this trash company and the idiots working here.

I've had two other plumbers go out to fix a leak in one of my investment properties. No one could find the leak. Jeff with Sam Jolley's Plumbing went out one time and isolated the leak right away. Besides being good, they're super responsive and coordinated directly with the tenant. Took a load off my plate. Super nice people too. I can't say enough. They'll be my first call from now on.

Can't say enough for this company and for the technician Chesley who completed our repair. The company response was the very best I could expect with a stellar level of security that other companies should also be utilizing. Chesley was efficient, very competent and friendly. I had a leak in my master bathroom and needed help immediately. Representative Joseph was diligent in finding me the right guy, for the specific time I needed to make it to work on time! Plumber Jeff was dispatched to my house. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, worked clean and was kind. There was NO MESS LEFT BEHIND. Clean job in and out. He did an excellent job! I did have a minor problem, that was resolved by the owner very quickly. The owner as well... pleasant, understandable, a man of his word and kind. If I were to have an issue again, I would definitely call them. This is a Great company with great ppl and have a Great team. You guys were AMAZING!! THANK YOU AGAIN

The plumber I use is the best I request him every time. Can't give his name because everyone will want him. But I am sure everyone at Sam jolly's is awesome.
