Took three months to schedule date to do work. Had an issue within the first month - was advised we caused the issue due to our thermostat (even though it was there upon quote). Was advised by his hired subcontractor that it wasn't up to code. Have called for 6 months now with no response/call back - but have gotten plenty of nasty letters stating bill isn't paid in full. Keep calling to advise we will pay as soon as we can discuss what is going on with this - his office staff says he's too busy. Apparently sitting and writing letters and mailing task less time than a simple phone call.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!
