We had a leak in out outside faucet and called Salt City Plumbing to fix it. About 6 months ago we had them come out and fix our under the sink plumbing and at that time I should have place a great review but it slipped my mind. Salt City was prompted both times and they have fantastic communication. They text a picture, a history and skills of the technician scheduled to arrive and also a link to track the exact time the tech will arrive. Jake Whiting arrived exactly on time found and fixed the issue at no charge. He was incredibly professional and friendly. As both a homeowner and renter, I've seen my share of plumbers -- everything from leaky faucets to replacing entire sewer lines and remodels.

Payton and Devin showed up promptly, scheduling was easy, and were instantly cordial and professional. They took great care to put on the boot liners as to not muck up the floors.

They were curious, asked questions to diagnose the issue (sewer gas coming from shower drain), were able to infer the problem based on great communication skills and competency.

The most impressive part of their visit is that he remembers details from 2 months ago about a single, rather unremarkable visit without having any communication in that time frame as a reminder. As a member of our military, he clearly understands conscientiousness and attention to detail.

We had them install a urinal for our 13,000.sf plus Salon and several shampoo bowls. They did and excellent job an the guys were very professional and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Can't recommend these guys enough. I have used them multiple times and they do an amazing job each time. They are always on time and always honest. They fixed our well in our backyard when no other plumbing company would even look at it. And they have helped with our old plumbing in our 115 year old home. This week as been one thing after another with our plumbing and they come over right away!!!!

When our water line went out they were able to get us on the schedule quickly and did a great job. They helped us troubleshoot and install a dishwasher and new kitchen sink/garbage disposal and they did an awesome job. Working with them now on another project and their quotes and estimates are always fairly priced and they do consistent quality work. Will recommend to anyone in the Salt Lake Valley looking for a plumber.

CHARLATANS stole $1700 and never did the work. refused to give me the deposit. Promised a new shower, toilet and sink, and after I gave the deposit things changed, the materials were not included, the shower couldn't be done as we have talked about during the consultation, they didnt have availability for 3 weeks to do the work and wanted me to stay with a leaking toilet. I've reached out multiple times but they REFUSED to REFUND my deposit even though they NEVER DONE ANY Work at my house. RUN from these people. Karma will get them eventually.

Salt City Plumbing relined the sewer pipe and replaced our old cast-iron plumbing stack in our 1901 sugarhouse bungalow. Not only was the price right, but Peyton, the liner crew, and the installers were very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Dallas drove through a snow storm and made it to our house just before the office told him to take the day off, then proceeded to bust out the work with a helper quickly and expertly. I was surprised at how quickly and how well they pulled off what seemed like a very difficult job to me.

I cannot recommend Salt City Plumbing enough, and I have dealt with several other companies before this that were not up to the level of Salt City. Thank you!

We contacted this company for a consultation. We had an appointment scheduled. The plumber missed the appointment, but apologized over the phone and did send a quote with his ""lowest price"" to make up for missing the appointment.
We did go with another company though.
