I had to have three bathroom faucets repaired or replaced. Kevin came out initially. He was polite and professional and explained that I would either need to order new cartridges to install in the old faucets or get new faucets. The old faucets were pretty beat so I decided to get new faucets. Geno came to install them. He did the installation well and efficiently and I am very satisfied with the work. I will definitely call Sal's again for my plumbing needs.

Fast turnaround and they did get the job done, but they did it in a super unprofessional way. When they snaked the toilet drain, their machine flung black water everywhere in my bathroom, and they didn't clean it up so I had to bleach everything afterwards. They left some sort of gross some thing on the toilet after reinstalling it. Worst of all, they left my clean out open. I wouldn't have even known if the neighbor didn't see it and tell me. I paid almost $700 for this, and won't be going with them again.

I called them on Sunday. Then I got service in 30 min!! Thomas came to my house and took 3 hours to replace my water heater!

Our condo had a backed up line on a Sunday. We had called adeedo and they didn't pick up. So we tried roto rooter and they said it was going to be $750 to snake the toile!
We called sal and his guys were there in an hour and it costs us $120! These guys are my go to from now on.

I am using this company for the third time. My plumbing issues have been resolved. Thomas is extremely polite, cordial, professional and very neat. I recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. They will get resolved. They usually give a window of two hours. But can call if they are on the way.

First experience with sals plumbing was great. They came out super quick on this particular day they where here with in 40 min of my call. I was totally expected a longer wait time. They came in fixed the problem quickly.

Made an appointment and the person did not show up on time. As with many, weekday appointments require coordination with in-office work schedule. Incredibly disrespectful of a customer's time. Would give a 0 star if possible.

I got several quotes from competitors. Others quoted $75-$250 minimum for diagnostic. After speaking on the phone with a friendly representative at Sal's, a worker was sent out with a few hours to look at my issue for a free diagnostic. My issue was a slightly clogged outdoor drain. He recommended a procedure that would cost $500-$950. I really appreciated that I did not feel pressured into making a decision right away, and he gave me some advice if some alternative solutions that resolve the problem, at least for now.

With services like plumbing one of my biggest challenges in the LA area is feeling like there is a lack of trust between customer and service provider. Although I did not move forward with the recommended procedure for my drain, Sal's understands the importance of building trust, which is huge for me. They will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing issues in my home.
