Had a clogged kitchen sink on a Sunday afternoon. After several failed attempts to unclog the sink, I decided to call a plumber. Knowing it's a Sunday, I was ready to take the following day off so I could get this problem fixed. I found this listing on Yelp and called the number. A real person answered on a Sunday! She took my information and said I'll hear back from someone between 1pm and 3 pm (I called at 12:23 pm). Fast forward to 35 minutes later, Gaspar called to say he's outside. How amazing! Long story short, 15 minutes after and after paying a very reasonable amount, problem solved. I highly recommend Sal's.

I had a leaking water heater that needed to get fixed. Other places made excuses and didn't want to come out on a Friday evening. I called Sal's plumbing and within an hour Thomas and Sebastian came out to fix the problem. They were friendly and professional. Prices were fair. I will definitely be calling Sals plumber again. Nick came out and replaced some old clay sewage pipes under our house that had deteriorated over time with new PVC pipe. It was quite a big job, but they finished ahead if time and with minimal impact to our ability to use the toilets. THANK YOU!

Nick kept us informed of every step, so we knew exactly what was going on and when. They even followed up with us afterwards!!!

I would give Sals Plumbing 10 stars if I could, they are that good. You can find good plumbers, but ones that go above and beyond, are nice to work with, clean, and follow up with you are rare!

I hired Sal's plumbing, because my sewer pipes were blocked by tree roots in my front yard. Hector came and he explained to me that because of a tree in the front yard, hydro jet is not the right approach as roots would grow back and I have to do it every year. Instead, I should do liner and he charged me $9500 for 20 feet liner. Exactly after one year, I got the same problem and when I asked them why, they said they put the liner from the cover (outside the house) to the City line( without any permit). When I asked why they dug my yard and ruined my deck then? When I complained to them, they blocked my phone and when my wife called them, they said they were willing to fix the issue with some charge. They charged me another $4000 to put liner from the abs pipe to the cover ( where I thought they put last year.)
Long story short, if you want to pay two times for the same issue, of course Sal's plumbing is the right choice. Otherwise do yourself a favor and work with another plumber.

Gino Moore at Sal's Plumbing does an excellent job! Over the years, Gina has installed a new shower in our master bathroom, installed a new kitchen faucet, and installed new valves and fixtures for our downstairs bathroom faucets. Each time he has done an outstanding job! Sal's Plumbing is very professional and their prices are reasonable! I highly recommend Sal's Plumbing (Torrance location) and Gino Moore!

Thomas and Sebastian came over today to inspect a clogged toilet. They advised we use an auger to unclog the debris. I had dropped a nail clipper down the toilet and it was lodged pretty deep. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable and although we couldn't get the nail clippers out, they had outlined clear next steps.

They didn't even charge me for the visit. Highly recommend!
