I was super impressed with the person who I talked to on the phone and she was very clear about an estimate for how much it would be and told me that I was able to get somebody to come out within 45 minutes. The person that came to my door was very polite and very prompt. Came in he looked at it he gave me a price on the spot and had it all done quickly. In less time than it took for my landlords to think about my request and then tell me they would send someone out for me in two days, my bathroom drain was open and the water was flowing. Next time I won't waste time and I will just call Sal's first.

While trying to remove an old garden hose I broke the old copper pipe right off. The break was also on the main water line into the house! No good. It happened at 430 pm on a Sunday and Sals was at my house by 7. The pipe was fixed by 8. Thanks so much guys. Glad we didn't have to go a night without water.

Professional, friendly and knowledgable, he gave me his diagnosis to the problem and put me at ease before the weekend. Good, solid emergency leak repair service. I had a dripping ceiling in the morning during the 4th of July weekend, and Sal's sent out a friendly plumber who found and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. Reasonable prices (according to my former contractor father in law) for emergency weekend service. I'd call again in similar circumstances.

Sal's Plumbing went above and beyond when installing a new earthquake valve along with associated piping. My earthquake valve has been on the fritz and eventually I couldn't manually fix it anymore. I called Sal's last week during the late morning and I explained I have 3 kids, live in grandma and guest coming over that evening. I explained I need my gas to operate well and fixed the same day. Few minutes later, I got an appointment scheduled for the same day. Once the plumbers arrived, they assessed the problem, then left to retrieve the parts, and when they returned they replaced and fixed the issue. The gas started flowing 15 minutes before my guess arrived. In the past I used them for many other issues and they took care of it. Thanks Sal.

The plumber showed up 2 hours late. He was unapologetic for being late. He was suppose to bring a shower part with him, but he didn't bring it. When I questioned him his response was I couldn't get it. He didn't bother to notify me in advance so I could arrange for the part. The plumber and the company office staff is very unreliable and unprofessional. He showed up to do the job but left without saying anything, because I complained to him for being late. I wouldn't recommend Marvyn the plumber or this company to anyone. He wasted my time.

Called Sunday morning not expecting anyone to answer. Not only did someone answer, they scheduled an appt for the same day. Thomas snaked my washer drain line and provided feedback on how we should proceed should this be potentially a temporary fix.
