Don helped us with our bathroom renovations. What started out as one bathroom being renovated ended up being three bathrooms at the same time. His work was done correctly and neatly. He also corrected our newly installed water heater so it was instant hot water in our upstairs kitchen and bathrooms. The plumber who installed the water heater couldn't figure out how to do that. Wish we knew Don before we hired the other plumber. Don is knowledgeable and polite. We will use him for our future. plumbing needs.

We called Salmon Plumbing and Heating for a second opinion after Horizon sent out an AC repairman to assess a situation on our rental property. This individual ""fixed"" the problem by overcharging the system and the AC still did not work any better. He also told our tenant that the whole heating and AC system had to be replaced! So now, of course our tenant wanted the system replaced! Horizon sent out another repairman after a 3-day wait in 95+ temperatures who had to release some of the charge done three days ago. With no confidence in this company, we called Salmon. Odie came out the same day we called, completely checked out the whole HVAC system, did a couple of little things and said it was operating fine and should be good for another 4 or 5 years, maybe longer. The system is 25 years old and is working fine now. The bill was only $99.

Horizon charged us $245 for the first visit and $89 for the second - which we disputed and won. They also wanted to set up an appointment at the time of the first visit to talk about putting in a new system right away - cost roughly $15,000 for a small 2-bedroom condo. So glad we called Salmon.
