Super unprofessional, rude, lazy and cocky. Daniel Bandera came with a chip on his shoulder. He told me the unit I had was trash, he said he had a better unit that he could sell me but also stated that he wouldn't tell me the brand as he felt I wasn't going to spend any money. Daniel Bandera stated he gets calls that waste his time everyday . ""but you guys offer free quotes"" ?? Instead of going back and fourth with a so called plumber that clearly didn't want to assist me in my project I asked him to leave my property with his rude , lazy approach as I felt at that point he was wasting my time. Daniel replied I don't care I get paid either way, ""we own the company"". I am sincerely not sure how this company is in business....... I have not ever had a company come to give a quote and be so negative and judgmental. I called right time plumbing and they installed the tankless water heater for me with a great attitude. Daniel Banderas and Banderas plumbing lost out on roughly 6,000$ as he implied I wasn't wasting his time. Absolutely negative 5 stars, and by looking at all of the other reviews I am not the only one. Daniel is a ball of lazy negative bad attitude and no customer service. Stay far away from this so called ""company"" Daniel Banderas is not looking to do any work , I believe he wants this company to go under. Super sad ...

If i could give them a zero I would. These scheisters put ads in craiglist offering free estimates. i called them on 6/26 to help me find a leak on my property and then give me an estimate for the repair. they said they would be at my house 9-11am on 6/27.

In 6/27 i get their text msg at 8am asking me if they come would i hire them to repair the leak if they found it. I informed them it would be best they come do the estimate and then we can talk. I got a bad feeling that these were greedy shysters trying to get me to commit before coming out.

I took a whole day off of work and lost money waiting for these clowns. They never showed up and they ghosted me despite me asking them via text and phone messages if they were coming or not.

They also have extremely suspicious reviews on Google, which look like they are from the same family members and fake accounts, giving them five stars. There are better and more diligent people than these idiots. Stay clear.

Very professional, on time and very friendly. Let me know I needed to remove am extra sealer to stabilize and showed me education on it. Great team and recommend. Happy they offered to come back and fix the problem!

I do not recommend this company. Mark, the owner, is unprofessional and will not pay if work is being done on his property. It seems I should have read these reviews before befor accepting his work.

This guy mark from Banderas Plumbing unprofessional/irresponsible.
He did the plumbing for my parents house and there's been nothing but problems on the new plumbing.
Tried contacting him many times and no response.
If I could give him 0 stars on the review is well deserved.

If I could give them one star for customer service I would. The initial phone call went very well and was informative, however once I notified them That I no longer needed the service And have found someone That was available sooner The true colors showed. He accused me of not being nice because I didn't notify him immediately when I found someone else and that I waited until he sent someone to my house. Which is completely untrue. He told me at eight thirty a m that they would be here before noon and then considering he texted me at noon saying he was on the way and I responded within thirty seconds that I found someone that was Able to come sooner. No one from this company was ever sent to my house or arrived at my house.

Overall I'm sure they are great at plumbing services and provide me with excellent information on my initial call but for some reason the person texting me took. It very personally when I decline the services.

I had Banderas plumbing come out for a Clogged drain. It was a nightmare. He ran his snake full length and said it didn't unclog the line. So then came the upsale. He wanted $500 for a parcel hydro wash and if that doesn't work $2000 for a section repipe. it was a nightmare. Then he charged my Tennant $89 for an unsuccessful drain clean.. The next guy I called said no charge if I can't clean the line. He had no problem clearing the line. I think I was Scammed from the get go. The worst plumbing company I've ever called.

Horrible company, I reached out to them via Craigslist, Alex was the one who i spoke to on the phone . He promised to show up and never did, just blocked my number. I did some research and found out these dudes aren't even licensed. Save your money and work with someone reliable stay the F away from these clowns

We had clogged kitchen sink days after Christmas with out of towners still visiting g from holidays. Banderas plumbing was quick to respond with quote but when arrived gave higher quote for additional work that was needed.
Clogged was cleared but water leak due to repairs was never fixed as promised. It's going on 7 days and water is still leaking and no response from Banderas Plumbing.

I found Banderas Plumbing off CL. I was hesitant because it was CL but I needed a quick fix.

I talked w Mark and he sent over Daniel within the hour to do my bathroom sink faucet install.

Daniel was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer my many questions and made me feel at ease.

The pricing was very fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing needs In the future.
