I want to make everyone aware of my recent interaction with Perry Salisbury. Perry put a 50 gallon Bradford White hot water heater in our house on 8/6/15 for $850. Recently we noticed the hot water heater was dripping from rhe bottom center. I called Perry and let him know this was covered under warranty. He came over to look, and saw the defect. He took my information and the sticker with serial number for the warranty. After his visit he told me it would be $350 to replace the water heater even though Bradford White exchanged the water heater at no charge. Perry said the charge was for labor and transportation of hot water heater.
We will no longer be using his services.
