Called Rick, Salina Plumbing, on Saturday afternoon, with the problem of a broken kitchen faucet, and he was at my home within 20 minutes. Rick was friendly, professional and upfront about the job. Mr. Walters has been out to our home twice in the last year, once for a garbage disposal/dishwasher issue, and today for a hot water issue.

Rick was here this afternoon and he was INCREDIBLY thorough. He traced the suspected problem all the way from the hot water heater in the basement to the master bathroom shower.

He gave us a couple different options for fixing the problem and his memory remembered our names and what we do for a living. Super knowledgeable and friendly.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Rick Walters. We had a leaky hot water heater on the weekend and he was the only plumber who would come out and install a new heater. He was fast and accurate and, most importantly fair and honest -- no gouging. Today we called him to come to our house and check out what we suspected to be a backed up sewer line. He was here within 30 minutes and, after assessing things, told us some tips that will help and left without a big bill. He even remembered my name and where I worked! Rick is a master plumber and has been doing plumbing for well over 30 years. We will ALWAYS CALL RICK for any plumbing problem. He is great.
