I do not recommend this company at all. I cannot stress that enough. I needed my bathroom shower tile to be replaced so I was recommended to Fernando and his company, Elite. It should have been an easy job, however it turned out to be the biggest mistake. Rude, absolutely zero professionalism and he needs to take a remedial course in customer service. His team never showed up when they said they would. They dumped material they shouldn't have down the toilets and actually clogged the toilets, and they're supposed to be a plumbing company. They had to fix the toilet after they broke it. They took 4 months to replace the tile in the bathroom, and then it broke two weeks later. Long story short, Fernando had to hire a different tile person to fix his/his teams work, and the bathroom had to be completely redone because of the awful job they did. The person that would up fixing the bathrooms was named Matthew Tuck and he was VERY professional, and I highly recommend him.

We wanted to replace our very old tub fixtures and install new ones, which we already bought, into our existing two bathrooms. Fernando was very helpful and sent a couple of guys out to do this job. One helper, Chris, was knowledgeable and skillful and completed one bathroom. The other ""helper"" used his torch and burned our tub interior leaving permanent brown torch scars. He then didn't finish caulking most of the fixtures. These helpers left promising to come back that evening to finish the caulking, etc. We paid them in full, and their bill was $889.19 to do this job! (11/7/19) They not only did not come back, Fernando never called me back. His message box was always full. I was never able to get ahold of them and had to get someone else to finish and repair this poorly done job. Bad customer service and we will never regrettably use them again.

A BIG shout out to Elite Plumbing and Drain Systems. These guys came out within 2 hours of our call and stayed until 9 PM. They're honest, trustworthy and under-promise and over-deliver. I can't recommend them highly enough. The owner's name is Fernando and he's a stand-up guy.

very unresponsive, unprofessional and rude. Mr. Haddrill has caused us a great deal of embarrassment with our client by not showing up when scheduled, making excuses that are out of the ball park and causing us, the contractors, to look like idiots! Each time we try to communicate with him re: the project, he takes days to respond and his response is never PERTINENT TO WHAT WE'VE ASKED (I.E. ARE YOU ON IT). You make a bid, agree to do a job, and then suddenly (in the middle of our job) you're too over booked to be bothered. Sometime bigger came along for you so you leave our client with a partly finished job and no plumber. Can't say enough bad things about Jeff Haddrell's work ethic...like he has NONE.

Jeff Haddrill and his now retired father John did the plumbing for my house and guest house back in 2005. Their bid came in quite reasonable. They were very nice and laid back people to work with and their work ethic seemed great. What impresses me all these years later is that they used such high quality materials that would be reliable, and that they took their time to get things right. I have literally had zero issues with my plumbing system in all these years.

We had an appointment set with Jeff Haddrill who we assume is the proprietor of this service and he just didn't bother to show up or even call to reschedule. Thought we would hear from him with an apology but it's been over a week and nothing.
