Valverde Energy is the best company in Taos. I have used them for many years and trust them explicitly. The work ethic of the men who come to your home is exceptional and the staff is absolutely fabulous! Do I recommend them...you bet...they are the best!

The plumber in fancy Hummer 2023 February 25 , almost made a move to hit me on Las Estrella's 52 County Area Santa Fe NM....!!!+
He could be a stocker and associates, they did work here at 116 Las Estrella's Rd and he asked for cash no bill in paper, under the table work!? They did guess bathroom, plus a art piece of mine was touched to wear it looked like water hit it in a area of the art paper and damaged the blue diamond I had on white paper. Watch him and white male with tattoos everywhere plus he throw butts in yard like trash..!

When they called me someone named Silvia wanted to breach the contract out 3 weeks I signed a 7 day install contract. She then told me ""Fuck You!!!!"" and hung up. Horrible customer service.

Quick response and technician was knowledgeable and problem seems to have been solved. However, there was a woman with him in their work van that appeared to have substance abuse issues so I wasn't very trusting of them. It was on a Sunday so I also got charged and extra $50.

I do not recommend this company at all. I cannot stress that enough. I needed my bathroom shower tile to be replaced so I was recommended to Fernando and his company, Elite. It should have been an easy job, however it turned out to be the biggest mistake. Rude, absolutely zero professionalism and he needs to take a remedial course in customer service. His team never showed up when they said they would. They dumped material they shouldn't have down the toilets and actually clogged the toilets, and they're supposed to be a plumbing company. They had to fix the toilet after they broke it. They took 4 months to replace the tile in the bathroom, and then it broke two weeks later. Long story short, Fernando had to hire a different tile person to fix his/his teams work, and the bathroom had to be completely redone because of the awful job they did. The person that would up fixing the bathrooms was named Matthew Tuck and he was VERY professional, and I highly recommend him.

We wanted to replace our very old tub fixtures and install new ones, which we already bought, into our existing two bathrooms. Fernando was very helpful and sent a couple of guys out to do this job. One helper, Chris, was knowledgeable and skillful and completed one bathroom. The other ""helper"" used his torch and burned our tub interior leaving permanent brown torch scars. He then didn't finish caulking most of the fixtures. These helpers left promising to come back that evening to finish the caulking, etc. We paid them in full, and their bill was $889.19 to do this job! (11/7/19) They not only did not come back, Fernando never called me back. His message box was always full. I was never able to get ahold of them and had to get someone else to finish and repair this poorly done job. Bad customer service and we will never regrettably use them again.

A BIG shout out to Elite Plumbing and Drain Systems. These guys came out within 2 hours of our call and stayed until 9 PM. They're honest, trustworthy and under-promise and over-deliver. I can't recommend them highly enough. The owner's name is Fernando and he's a stand-up guy.
