This company is very unprofessional. They should have their contractor license revoked. If you want a job done incorrectly go ahead and call these clowns. Javier didn't fix my shower properly and it still leaks and now I have to call another plumber to do it right which will cost me double in the end.

Scary beyond belief! Wasn't advised about the work that needed to be completed and found a huge hole in the wall and improper installation of venting leaving a hot exposed vent pipe and fire hazard hole exposing downstairs. His crew left without answering any questions or making me feel safe. They couldn't even be bothered to put some plastic down or a drop cloth when they went into the wall to protect my furniture and personal items, as they were covered with filth and debris from this hack job. When I called to get answers or any information the owner couldn't be bothered to return my call. Don't let this happen to you!

Javier recently helped me with a clogged kitchen drain. A few days later - and completely unrelated - I texted him that all my cold sink faucets were providing only lukewarm water.

Apparently, he thought about it during his very busy day and tried to reach me, to no avail.

So, he showed up unannounced - he's known me for years and also services others in my HOA-- concerned about the ""symptoms"" I described.

He was correct! My water heater thermostat was malfunctioning and could have caused significant damage if left without being repaired or replaced - it's 11 years old.

I really don't know any vendors who would be so thoughtful and proactive!

We now have a plan of action in place and Javier even took the time to explain the how's and why's until the plan is executed in a few weeks.

I now feel very safe under hmm

He cared about my well being and the potential damage to my home and I'm forever grateful.

I can't thank him enough or provide a better recommendation if I tried.

Javier runs a very honest and professional business. He installed a new shower head and bath bars for my grandmother and made suggestions on what he thought would make it safer for her to use. Also went to him when my grandmother's water heater began to leak one night. He came over that night and hooked it up to drain and had his guys over the next morning to install a new one.
