I had an emergency issue with a commode (older house original commode). Salado Plumbing was at my home right away, fixed the issue, and then gave recommendations on how to upgrade items to alleviate potential issues down the road. Very happy with the service I received.

Mr. Jeff Kelley of Salado Plumbing charges highly excessive fees; for a very simple dishwasher installation, whereby I had the installation kit on-hand, we were charged $225.00. When the technician told me of the charge, I refused the charge and requested to be contacted by Mr. Kelley, who never contacted us. I called late in the following day, explained the situation, although he refused to lessen the charge. It was only then, that I discovered that our credit card was leveraged the charged on the night previous. To date, we have yet to be provided an invoice reflecting these charges.
