Great honest guys. I had a leak in one of my bathrooms and given the positive reviews on yelp I gave them a call. Happy I did. Sal Jr. came over promptly and identified my issue quickly. He fixed it same day and gave honest recommendations / options on the fix. He was very clear and upfront about all of the work he was doing and took the time to explain everything in detail. I could not be happier with the work done by Sal Trippi Plumbing! I had a slow drip from my tub spout and my handyman made it sound like it would be a very simple job to switch the old fixtures out with new ones. It was not - The job turned out to be MUCH more than he bargained for and I was left with a completely non-functioning shower (the only one in our place). Other plumbers took days to get back to me, just to refuse to touch the job because of the custom tile work. The few who would consider doing the work wanted to destroy several feet of tile to replace the parts in the wall, leaving me with either a mismatched wall or an additional $5-10K expense of replacing the whole surround. Desperate for a true pro, I found Sal, and his team saved my bathroom!

Sal responded to my message within minutes, and he was very friendly and professional. His estimate was equal or lower than everyone else I contacted, and he was very flexible with his availability, sending his team on a holiday so I wouldn't have to miss any more work or go another week without a shower. Sal was confident in his ability to make the repair using only the few spare tiles I had, and his confidence was not misplaced - his team, Mario and Joe, did incredible work. They swapped out my old leaky fixtures for beautiful new ones, including replacing the valve and diverter in the wall. The best part - they did it with barely no damage to the tile, and the repair they did to the few tiles they needed to remove is completely unnoticeable. The leak is gone, the shower works great, and everything looks better than ever, all for a VERY reasonable price in a short period of time.

I found myself without heat at the beginning of the cold weather season due to poor initial installation of my radiant heat system. The original installers had incorrectly treated my combo water heater like a conventional boiler, and looked me right in the face that they knew what they were doing and charged me as such. When Sal Jr. came to do his initial assessment, I was instantly relieved to hear someone finally sound knowledgable, and be able to explain his plan to really fix my problem. Thanks to this knowledge and attention to all of the many details, I finally have a fully functioning radiant heat system. My house has never been so warm. Sal and his team were super efficient. Mario was punctual and professional, he arrived at 9am sharp. It only took him an hour to fix our kitchen pipes, and fix all the problems with the spouts and faucets in both bathrooms. He even fixed a problem with our pipes that we didnt know we had. Sal did everything right and his price was very reasonable. I needed a water filter installed in my condo. I contacted Sal and also 2 other plumbers. Of the other 2 plumbers - one plumber returned phone calls but his price was high; the other plumber not so quick to return calls. Sal was the perfect fit - he returned calls quickly, gave a fair price, and did a great job. He even replaced a bad piece of pipe that the previous owner of my condo must have had installed at some point. Plus, he installed valves before and after the filter along with a bypass, exactly how it should be done. I will hire him again.

somehow they came to my house within 2 hours after me calling (whattt) and fixed my clogged drain after we tried and failed clearing out the upipe.

sure not a super complicated issue but with other renovations happening and thanksgiving the next day they really pulled through for us in a crunch and charged reasonable prices too.

Called Sal Trippi Plumbing at 1:15PM on a Tuesday. Sal Sr. answered the phone. I explained the situation we were having with our kitchen sink and faucet. He said he could have someone come by the next day to fix it. I told him that it would unfortunately not work as we were leaving to go on vacation that night. He said that he would check to see if anyone could stop by later in the day. Two hours later, Mike showed up and was able to fix the problem! Great service! Great communications! Great work! I will definitely call Sal again in the future!

Our hot water heater was overflowing. (Definite emergency). We called Sal and he was here within 30 minutes to help us. his team was back the next morning to replace and fix the hot water heater. Everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgable. I highly recommend Sal and his team!
