I left them a message on a Tuesday morning. I quickly received a return call and inquired about their protocol and rates. They asked me to send a video of my problem and they would waive any assessment fee. After they received my video they quickly returned with an estimate of $300 to $400.

Considering they really couldn't fully evaluate the problem without seeing it up close I agreed. They gave me an appointment for early the next day with a one hour window. They called 20 minutes before they arrived Promptly within the planned time.

They diagnosed a PVC pipe that came unsealed from the trash disposal, this loose connection was causing the leak. He repaired it and then called Sal to assess a revised fee. They charged me $225 which considering their professionalism was fair and reasonable.

I would most definitely use them again and I would recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing in this area. As someone who has used professional services in multiple states for construction I found this company to be a straight shooter. If you're looking for a bargain you're barking up the wrong tree here. Pay a fair fee for a fair service. Sal Trippi has earned my trust.

They're responsive, knowledgeable, and prompt. They've replaced my water heater. I thought my tub drain needed to be replaced on another occasion, but then they gave a better, easier solution (removable stopper). They give the same attention to big and small problems and tell you the pros and cons of the potential solution. They're my go-to plumbers for my condo.

I needed to replace my hot water heater. Not the best thing to happen in February. He was punctual, honest, affordable and did a great job. I really don't know how my family and I could have asked for a better experience... well other than not needing a new hot water heater.

My tenants text me in the middle of the night and informed me that the hot water heater was leaking. On top of that, the gate valve was stuck and the tenant had to shut off the water to the whole house, which shut down both tenants. I sent Sal a message around 6am, he got back to me in about 30 minutes, and he sent a crew to the house by 7:30 to get the water back on and change the 2 Hot Water Heaters in the house. Sal even followed up to make sure everything went well and that we were happy. I would recommend using Sal and I plan to use him in the future.

I was out of town and Sal was able to send 2 plumbers the next day to my tenant's unit. My tenant missed the first appointment, and Sal didn't charge me even though I offered since it was my tenant's goof. The problem was fixed on the second visit just the day after, and I paid in the range of what he quoted me prior to any work done. Compared to other plumbers, his team was more affable and professional.

After sending Sal a picture, he quoted me a price to repair my dripping faucet in the shower. He knew exactly what needed to be done to repair it. I then asked him how much to replace the faucet with an entirely new faucet and the price was extremely high. I decided to just repair the faucet at this time with the price he quoted and emailed him advising him so. I waited for a response and after a week or so I decided to call Sal. He declined to do the job. Very disappointed in how he conducts business. After this posting he sends me a very unprofessional response.

I'm so grateful for Sal and his team! After a year of having issues with a non-standard European toilet, Sal was the only one willing and able to fix it. Prior to finding Sal I had contacted close to 12 different plumbers, most of whom were not willing to help once I mentioned the words custom toilet. The others were not able to solve my problem. Thanks to Sal we now have a working new toilet. I will definitively be using Sal and his team for any future plumbing issues.

I emailed Sal late at night due to an uncovered external pipe issue. Though it wasn't urgent, I wanted to damaged pipe replaced as soon as possible. He contacted me early the next morning and after briefly talking about the plumbing concern, he had his team to my house less than two hours later and earlier than expected. The two men were informative, surprisingly quiet, and efficient. They also took the time to explain why the issue occurred (previous owners didn't completed dry the pipes before shutting off the water for winter, resulting in cracks). The price was fair and the service was fantastic. As a new homeowner, we're glad we found a reliable and trustworthy plumber to add to our contacts!

My hot water heater started leaking one week before home inspection. I called so many places and they gave me bullshit on how long it will take them to complete the job along with astronomical prices. I called my brother and explained him the situation and right away without any hesitation, he recommended Sal Trippi (Junior) from Sal Trippi Plumbing and heating. I called up Sal and spoke to him on a Friday, he called me back Saturday and told me that he can come by Monday and replace my heater. Sal came, replaced my heater, re-piped my whole set up and got everything running in no time. This guy is a plumbing master, he is an educated professional and has a lot of experience in the business. He blew me out the water with his re-piping design and installation skills. He does super quality work! I'm very happy and satisfied with his service, work ethic and craftsmanship. I've seen and worked with a lot of plumbers but this guy is not only a plumber but an engineer. Thank you Sal!!
