Very un professional, installed tankless water heater, started the week before Christmas 2022 finally had to get another plumber to come on March 29, 2023 to start from scratch because everything MRM touched was wrong and unsafe. The vent was not installed properly so Carbon Monoxide build up was a big issue. That was one of many issues wrong gas meter not enough gas, RV plumbing parts installed. The tank was mounted to the wall with toggle bolts. This company needs to have his license revoked before he kills a family. I will be contacting CID tomorrow. DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!

Was very disappointed in the service I was given. Not by the techs that were not really trained but by Michael who made promises and never completed the job. I would not recommend this company. Not only were they late but they installed the water heater side ways and the hose is too too too tight. I was told they would be back to replace the hose and when I paid them the balance, not only do they not answer their phone they do not return my calls. I also asked for them to install a blanket around the water heater and the guy admitted that they have never installed one and we're never trained. Can you believe that!!!When they left I loosened the brackets and pull it up like it was suppose to be. Also they cut it all up and it looks terrible. I told Michael that I was not going to pay for it and he said he had to charge something. I told him to just take it off because it looked horrible. I should of stuck to my guns but I agreed to paying 20.00, dumb dumb dumb. Trust me if you want a job done right make sure you read a review and get some professionals. I understand this is the first review. Makes me wonder why. Hmmm well good luck if you decide to choose this company. NEVER EVER PAY TILL THE JOB IS COMPLETE OR YOU WILL GET THE SHAFT ALSO.!!!!'

Hello, I don't know what those other people are talking about, but I hired MRM Mechanical to give me an Estimate for a Brand New Tankless Water Heater . well Michael was very efficient on the Estimate, Great price , better than any other .. it was completed on a timely manner.. no problems! Completely an unethical company! Company quoted the replacement of a commercial water heater with a 1 year warranty for my place of business. The water heater they purchased and installed was a residential water heater. Not only did they deliberately deceive me, they did not install the water per code and have refused to rectify this matter like a professional, instead they just give excuses. Also, they did not acquire or even apply for the required permit from Bernalillo County. This company was referred by Angie's List, who has since removed them from their list of contractors due to the number of complaints being filed. You don't have to believe me; Do your own research or be the next victim of this unethical company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and currently filing a complaint with NMRLD (New Mexico Regulations & Licensing Department). Had give 1 star to submit review. They don't deserve it yelp!

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything??? Or for everyone reading this I must tell you, DON'T USE MRM Mechanical!!!! Their communication is very bad, their work is worse. We hired them for a bathroom remodel. Demo was ok, but the install was a nightmare. They had a sub-contractor that put in a new sub-floor. It was ok. Then came MRM Mechanical, LLC to install a new bathtub and new plumbing for the bathtub. At least there was no water leaking but the bathtub was on a major angle (if it was a boat it might take in water). They said it's OK, the sub-contractor will come back to install the tile. The sub-contractor for the tile came back and said there was no way they could work with this tub - it needs to be level. MRM Mechanical, LLC came back, took the tub out to reinstall it (oh ya no bathroom for 5 days). This time it is level, but one end of the tub has more space from the wall, about half an inch. The tiler came back and still can't tile. Now MRM Mechanical, LLC wants out from a job they messed up!!! I am so fed up I said just go .... They are useless!! They left me with a job to complete! and they did a number on the sub-contractor, too.

mike was supposed to try to fix my error code 10 my water heater beeping all the time, they could not fix it and told us we should just install a brand new tankless water heater, so we paid them $3700 or so to have one installed only to find out within a few hours of it running the same beeping problem started again, so we called the back out and after being ignored several times and not returning our several calls they finally came out and were supposed to do research on it and never got back to us again, finally mike the owner told us on 2 separate occasions they were going to come back to try to fit the issue and both times they never called us nor came out. very bad customer service, we do not recommend them at all so now we are in the process of taking them to court to get our hard earned money back.
