We needed some plumbing work done at our home... the pipes under our kitchen sink were old, smelly and corroded, needed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal installed and needed our washer machine water valves replaced. Called Juan for several issues we had in our upstairs bathroom. Had a slow leak from the toilet coming from the connector. Also had issues with the shower lever that stopped midway at the hot water. Possibly a new cartridge is needed. However, the Allen screw on the lever was stripped & cutting through it was the only way to to remove it. The tub spout diverter was calcified, preventing water to come out of the shower head, so another issue. Juan asked me to text a picture of the shower handle to see if had a similar part. He made an appointment to come the next morning and was prompt. He had all the necessary parts & items to complete the job. His quote was very reasonable and got things done in less time. He also installed the bidet T-adapter that needed to be attached since he replaced the tank fill valve connector. Will definitely keep Juan as our go to plumber & highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

I had a slow drip on my outdoor faucet and Juan replaced it. I called him on Monday, he came the next morning and arrived on time. He's very friendly and suggested replacing the hose bib with one that's threaded so in the future I could replace the faucet without calling a plumber. I really appreciated that. Since faucets should last 10 years or more, it's not like he's hurting his business, plus it's a small repair in the world of plumbing. His bid was low enough that I didn't have to call around. I would recommend Juan for plumbing services.
